1. About Our Store

Weber Canyon Designs LLC is a small, handmade business located in Cortez, Colorado. We create custom laser-engraved wood products, signs, slate products, stickers, jewelry, gifts, and other handcrafted items.

Our products are designed and made with care, and many are made from natural materials. Because of this, variations in color, grain, texture, knots, edges, and appearance are normal and are part of the character of each individual piece.

2. Products and Product Information

We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions, dimensions, colors, and photographs on our website. However, colors may appear differently depending on your device or monitor.

Natural wood and slate products will vary from piece to piece. No two pieces of natural material are exactly alike.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, and modify or discontinue products at any time.

3. Custom and Personalized Orders

For personalized or custom products, customers are responsible for providing accurate spelling, names, dates, wording, and other customization information.

Please carefully review all personalization information before submitting your order.

We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Because personalized products are made specifically for you, custom and personalized items generally cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or we made an error in the personalization.

If we make an error, please contact us so we can work with you to resolve the issue.

4. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, inventory issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable sales taxes will be calculated and collected at checkout where required by law.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

6. Production and Processing Times

Many of our products are handmade or made to order. Processing times may vary depending on the product, customization, order volume, and availability of materials.

Estimated processing times are provided on product pages when applicable.

Processing time does not include shipping time.

During holidays, special events, or periods of unusually high order volume, additional processing time may be necessary.

7. Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, natural disasters, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control.

Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, Weber Canyon Designs LLC is not responsible for theft or loss after delivery.

8. Damaged Orders

We carefully package our products before shipment. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of:

The damaged product
The packaging
The shipping label

This information may be required to assist with a shipping claim or replacement.

9. Returns and Exchanges

Because many of our products are handmade, made to order, or personalized, returns may not be accepted on all items.

Non-personalized items may be eligible for return or exchange at our discretion, provided they are unused and returned in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrectly made by Weber Canyon Designs.

10. Intellectual Property

All photographs, product designs, artwork, logos, graphics, written content, and other materials appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to Weber Canyon Designs LLC unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or use our artwork, photographs, designs, logo, or other content without written permission.

Custom designs created by Weber Canyon Designs remain the intellectual property of Weber Canyon Designs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Customer-Submitted Content

If you submit photographs, artwork, text, or other materials for a custom order, you represent that you have the right to provide and use that material.

You are responsible for ensuring that your submitted content does not infringe another person's copyright, trademark, privacy rights, or other legal rights.

12. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

You may not use the website to:

Attempt unauthorized access

Upload malicious software
